Lord,
Today hubby came up to me, and said, Happy Birthday, Merry Christmas. But hon, I said, it is not my birthday. No, he answered but it is the day of the Lords birth, and Jesus came to set us free. If you have salvation in Christ. Its your birthday too, and this is why we celebrate. You have been given new life. You are His offspring….
For we live, move and have our being in Christ. I said hmmm, but wow, yes I agree, glory to you our Lord. For it does remind us, of our salvation.
It does remind us of the great blessings you sent in your son, and if we are in Christ, we have reason to celebrate. Jesus is the reason for the season.
Thank you Lord, for all my blessings. My family, friends and loved ones, we are linked together in Christ, and you are the reason for our celebration. Wise people still do seek you. For when we do seek you, to save us, that is the wisest thing we can do.
Thank you Lord. Merry Christmas sweet Jesus, and thank you….
